SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. We currently ship within the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase-- we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Once your order is in transit, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. Pease allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the energetic and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If your items arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll be happy to assist in resolving the issue.
